The hotel was a little older and the room was smaller than i was expected and the breakfast buffet was very pricey, which we did not use because of it. The location was great. Easy access to the transportation and many shops. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

It is an outdated hotel. Decoration needs badly a fresh update. Terrible check-in organization led to a huge queue at check-in time. This could be better sorted out to not lose time. Furniture looks and feels very old. I would rather recommend exploring other hotel brands even near the Hakata area.

トリブルの部屋かと思っていたらツインルームにエキストラベッドの部屋だった為かなり狭かった。ホテルも少し古さを感じました。90%位海外の方の宿泊だったのですが室外に食べ物が放置されていたり朝食ブュッフェで取っている横から割り込む人などあり文化の違いもあるのだろうけれど客側マナーの質の低さを感じて辟易としました。 気持ちよく過ごす為にはそのホテルの客層の質も考えないといけないなというのが次回への反省です。 朝食のブュッフェは品数豊富で披露宴を行うこともある天井の高い広い部屋ででよかった。 トイレとバスが一緒の部屋はトリプル宿泊の時は辞めたほうが良いなと思いました。

アクセスはとてもいい。一階にコンビニあり便利。部屋の中には空気清浄機があって喉の乾燥もなく眠れた。バスタブが深くて良かった。 マイナス星１つは入り口に2、3段。入ってからすぐにも段差ありスーツケースの出し入れが大変だった。
