"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. "We were three families with small children whom stayed for a week during half term. Lovely place and great facilities. Nelly and Michel hosted us well and Pierre helped with supplies for our arrival. We did not have a car and got transfers from Barcelona airport. This worked well.... as we we happy to stay in resort and our 4yr olds were ok with the hill up to the gondola. A lovely house and great week. "

The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "We had an enjoyable stay in the cabin during the Christmas time. It was super easy to communicate with the property manager, and the timing for the check-in and check-out were flexible. Though not super spacious, the cabin was well equipped and cozy. The village of Les Angles is really charming and the slopes are nice. I'm happy to recommend visiting!"

Well equipped place a little bit old. We found the place not very well cleaned (we communicated this point to the agency). I would recommend the place anyway."

"Beautiful renovation of a train station ! The hotel is modern, slick and very stylish. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was excellent with lots of cheeses and sausage (fouet) croissants and good breads. They even have gluten free options. We really enjoyed our overnight stay. "
