Room was nice and air con very well received in hot weather. Shower was cold though and the lifts were not working so had to lug luggage up stairs

I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.

We did not enjoy our time at the Arthouse Hotel, as we had numerous problems that negatively affected our stay. My family and I stayed in the Chicago room, which had a broken air conditioner and a lack of cold water from any of the taps (even after letting it run for a while). Even more troubling was that the room was directly above the downstairs club, which played loud music until 5am!!! This made it impossible to sleep, and we effectively paid a significant amount of money to lie awake in a hot, uncomfortable, and loud room. The staff tried to address our concerns somewhat, but we couldn't be moved to another room (because the hotel was full). Instead, they provided bottled water and a fan (though more fans were promised but never showed up). This was one of the worst stays at a hotel we have ever encountered, and I would not recommend for a future stay.

There’s a few complaints about the hotel room that we were not happy with: *smell of the room as soon as we walked in *bathroom smelt like sewage, so much so it made one of us gag to the pint of being sick *dead flies on window sill *dodgy tap in bathroom *crumbs in bed that made us itchy *kettle lead small so had to make hot drink on floor *noisy fridge *sockets loose and overheated phone charger *mould in the shower *water sounds from toilet

Great place in a great location.
