Excellent customer service, very friendly. Booked a single room but was upgraded to a double, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was delicious. All round amenities of the hotel very good, clean throughout and centrally located for all the best Llandudno has to offer.

Great location near to the railway station and the promenade. Staff very friendly and obliging. Room was clean. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in that area. I would stay again.

Good location with limited car parking spaces

The location of the hotel is perfect. Reasonable price for a pet-friendly hotel. However, limited car parking spaces makes me have to park my car far away from the hotel.

Great location!

Stayed here just for 1 night with my partner and our 2 year old cockapoo... location is great especially if you are arriving by train.. Its 1 min from the promenade. Its a budget basic hotel..breakfast was hot and sufficient..and doggy sausage too! Its fine for a nite or two looks as if its undergoing few renovations at moment. Service good especially the lovely young lady who served breakfast!

Great value for money, exactly what I needed for a work stay over. Area is nice and very close to the beach. Staff are friendly and available. Breakfast was good too, full English which set the morning off good. Only issue was the shower took ages (5-10 mins) to get warm, and never got hot. Other than that, would recommend.

Good location but room was in poor condition. Leaking toilet, dirty windows, plug sockeys loose. Breakfast was fine.

Cheap and friendly enough. Bit old fashioned and needs a revamp. Light fittings lose and plug sockets lose. Bar not manned on night time.

First time in Llandudno

Overall you get what you pay for, for a single room it was a good size and value for money. The downsides, dripping taps in bathroom, flashing light in bedroom. The noise from other guests when they shut their doors would wake the heaviest sleeper, this isn't all the hotels fault ( although a better way to lock doors would help), it's down to the ignorance of guests and not caring for others, not everyone wants to wake at 7,30 on holiday.

One night stay (thank goodness)

This is an old run down Hotel. The photos look a lot better than reality. Positives, good location and staff were friendly and helpful. Negatives, dirty and in major need of an upgrade. Many things in need of repair and some issues (like no handle on toilet door so you can't get out) would make the room's in NZ illegal. This is the first time on Hotels.com site where I have felt ripped off and disappointed with cost paid and quality of room. Would never stay here again

I liked that it was close to the train station. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was not the one in the picture. The bedside lamp had no outlet to plug into. Check in was odd - as no one was there and we thought we couldn’t get in. Breakfast didn’t start until 8 - we had a tour at 8:15. The room was dated with an awkward layout.

It's dangerous for young and old and should be closed down it's top floor is full down and outs drunk in lifts using inappropriate behaviour all parts of the building a no go needs condemning i I have photo proof but you still send paying public there
