Hotel in great position and stands out on the front. Room dated but clean, complementary drinks tray,tea coffee, kettle etc. very comfortable bed. Nice bar area but didn't use, restaurant was good with a great choice of breakfast from fresh fruit to eggs done how you like. Polite and helpful staff will return again

Location wise excellent as it is quite close to the pier. Although the rooms were good, the hotel needs maintenance (probably like most other hotels in that area). Breakfast was nice and good variety.

Staff generally very helpful, but dining room managers attitude left a lot to be desired. Had room on the top floor,which was very pleasant apart for very damp patches around window. Not sure I would stay again.

Lovely 3 night stay with a grand-daughter. Location is excellent. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Room was comfy and well equipped, our only adverse comment would be, is that the shower was very small.

Very small car park about 4 or 5 spaces, so get there early, and they charge £10 per day to park, but worth it for the convenience … parking in Llandudno is at a premium. Miserable receptionist but all other staff friendly and pleasant. Convenient location near the pier end of the town. Good breakfast. We didn’t eat in in the evening.

We had room 317 it was clean and had a sea view but slightly on the small side The bed was lovely and the shower worked well . We were stocked up with plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. We had 2 bottles of water which I thought was a nice touch . Breakfast was amazing so much choice it was unreal the best so far . Full English, toast, cereal,pastries and fresh fruit plus more . Would definitely stay again

Nice clean room,(room 101), good decor, plenty of hot water. Room was not very warm but a portable radiator was provided when we said it was chilly. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked eggs were delicious. Overall a very good overnight stay.

Hotel staff 5 star attending your every need nothing is to much trouble. room very clean and spacious with a 5 star view of the sea front. breakfast was one of the best we have ever had food was excellent as much coffee and tea you wanted and a very good selection on offer.the dog friendly zone is one of the best ideas for our doggy companions so you furry friend can be with you for meal times we will be returning at a latter date 5 star again

Great location right on the prom and near shops etc. Big lounge and well stocked bar with nightly entertainment. Had a single room but was the size of most doubles and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding catering for all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay will definitely go back.
