Clean room and bathroom, very comfortable mattress and a lovely breakfast. The hosts are genuinely friendly people who can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Overnight parking is available right outside the hotel. During the day, finding a parking space can be tricky around Llandudno.

Hotel was very clean and in a really good position for beach, pier and all amenities. Plus breakfast was excellent. The only thing I would say is I asked for a hotel with parking as my husband has limited mobility and we were very lucky to manage to park on the hotels car park but it’s still a few minutes walk to the hotel and there is limited parking for the hotel guests so if it was full we would of struggled to park as Llandudno is an old fashioned Victorian resort with limited parking. But overall lovely stay and highly recommend.

We’ve just returned from a two-night stay, and wow – this accommodation is an absolute must if you’re visiting Llandudno. From all the thoughtful little finishing touches to the delicious breakfast, everything was exceptional. The hosts have clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome. It’s definitely worth a visit, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
