The staff were so friendly and helpful! I got hurt on a walk and one staffer was so sweet. She helped me get some ice and bag it. They were all so Welcoming and kind. The breakfast was good and price was nice! Them having our room was ready early for us was nice as well My only complaint is our roomed smelled faintly of cigarettes.

There was a fire alarm testing but the receptionists didn't appear to know what to do. There were a few of us milling around the reception desk but no-one thought to tell us what to do. We had to ask if it was safe to go back to our rooms. The staff need to be taught how to direct and reassure people at a time like this not just carry on with their normal duties.
