Get fresh produce straight from area farms at the Livermore Farmers Market, held every Sunday at the Historic Train Depot. During the summer, the Farmers Market is expanded to an evening market in Carnegie Park. Both these events are accompanied by live performances by local talent.
Enjoy entertainment of a very different nature at the Livermore Rodeo in the Robertson Park rodeo grounds. It is one leg of the famed California 6-Pack Rodeo Circuit. Known as “the world’s fastest rodeo,” the June event claims to hold more rides per hour than any other rodeo. It began in 1918 as a way to raise funds for the Red Cross and has been held annually since then.
