「The hotel was charged at £118. The stay was for one night and the listing stated free parking with a walking distance from the beach being within minutes. The hotel itself was ok but over priced for the room due to no decent tea cofee condements being available such as milk cartons which I thought was poor given the price. 「イギリスの典型的なB&Bです。建物は多分古いのでしょうか、歩くと床がミシミシいいます。ただ、きちんと掃除されていますので問題ありません。全体的に女の子の部屋みたいな雰囲気ですし、スタッフも女性しか見ませんでした。トイレは共同で、シャワーブースが各部屋に付いています。セブンシスターズを見に行くためのバス停（NEW STEINE）がホテルを出てすぐにあります。事前に何時に到着するかメールで聞かれました。あまり遅いとレイトチェックインフィーが掛かるようでしたが、21時頃に到着する旨をメールで回答し、21時ちょっと前に到着したので、特に追加料金は掛かりませんでした。スタッフは気さくで、セブンシスターズに行く方法を教えてくれたり、写真を見せて少しおしゃべりをしたりと、なかなか良かったです。」

「The property is in an excellent location with parking. We received very communication from the owner. We stayed in room 3 which featured a lovely bath a wet room along with a huge bed. The TV reception had some buffering, however, we weren't spending hours watching it as we were out enjoying Brighton. We will certainly stay again.」

「You get what you pay for! Had problems with checking in but no face to face support, only via email/whatsapp. Room clean but basic. Wall had holes in, like someone had punched it. In the morning, i realised this maybe due to the awfully loud drum and base music blaring from the house.next door ! Never again would I stay here. I would rather pay more!」

「Pretty basic guest house type hotel. Our room was nice and spacious with a jacuzzi bath which was good, it smelt of bleach when we arrived but we left the fan on which sorted that. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The floor was squeaky from the damp under the laminate but that is like many places in Brighton with the sea air. 「Room - our room was on the second floor, there is a balcony from the adjacent property that looks straight into the room and there is only a net curtain so no privacy. There was rubbish in the bathroom bin when we first entered the room which highlighted the lack of cleaning and attention to detail. The booking stated there was WiFi and a tv however neither worked.
