The room smelled a little weird, the carpets have definitely seen better days and had stains. I thought I got breakfast with my package and they said I did not. The air worked, but I had to crank it up to 68 to feel it. Staff is friendly up front but coffee place only has one worker, bar only has one worker who disappears, it smells slightly like garbage with the sweet smell of their signature berry ontop of it, so that was gross. The vending machines were out of waters on multiple doors, the food at their restaurant was good.

Loved staying here! The breakfast is amazing!!!

The room was clean although there was a cigarette burn on the arm of my couch. I was glad they had basics in the bathroom however the conditioner was mostly filled with water and just shut out hit me in the neck. They had put me in a hearing accessible room which was fine however the freeway outside the window was loud and the room itself appear to be connected to the elevator so all night long there was noise. They did provide it ear plugs and now I understand why. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was fine, and overall it's a decent place to stay!
