「we were in marlinton for work. this apartment was clean, convenient, affordable and quiet. we cook our own breakfast and dinner so were scrambling to prepare the food with minimal cookware and utensils. we would definitely stay here again but bring a tote full of kitchen supplies」

「This was a very clean and well cared for establishment. I would stay here again. Ideal location if you are considering riding the Greenbrier River trail. Plus there is some good mountain biking in the area. I would recommend utilizing the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. The restaurant situation is hit or miss. As for the lodging, great place. I was very pleased.」

「The room that we rented was very nice. Tastefully decorated and very well cared for and the location was perfect. Right off the slopes, by the Ballhooter lift. I don’t want this to reflect poorly on the condo owners, but the overall building (Mountain Lodge) is very dated and badly in need of a refresh, but like I said I wouldnt hold that against the owners for this condo. They did an excellent job keeping their place nice and comfortable despite the condition of the rest of the building. 」

「The host is wonderful and takes the time to make sure everything is in good order. We were working in the area and she was very accomodating to our needs. Definitely recommend her apartment for space, cleanliness, easiness, and the generosity and graciousness of the host!」

「We always love staying in this condo! Great location, fully equipped, and is so peaceful and relaxing for a mountain getaway! Our dog loves her early morning hikes in the Fingers. We’ll be back!」

「Excellent location right by the ballhooter lift and ski school dropoff. Not a renovated unit, but good for families and their basic needs. Only real complaint was a musty smell to the unit we just could not get rid of despite copious amounts of air freshener. I let the owner know for their cleaning people to address. I suspect the carpet should be deep cleaned or probably replaced. Other than that we had a great stay.」

「The location was great. There was a ski lift right outside. It had everything we needed. Definitely cozy, but nicely renovated. I would stay there again. Only downside is the internet is a little spotty and cell service is limited in the area, just something to know before you go. Molly in the shop downstairs is awesome and there is a restaurant and bar downstairs too. 」

「Above garage apartment works good for two on Jackson river. River bank is a bit steep at waters edge at property. Easy ride to bike path. Property is shared with other guests who stay in main house and share the driveway and parking area.」
