I would especially like to praise Dinesh Kapila, who helped me with arranging the parking and changing rooms. He was extremely kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. "It was a cheap overnight work stay. Easy to find the hotel and park nearby at the cheap £1.50 car park. It is on a leisure park (sort of, there is a cinema and a couple of restaurants). Check in was quick and easy. the staff very friendly. The rooms are ok, a little tired but the usual HI Express type. The only issue is the noise from the road below, the windows DO NOT cut it out and it is very clear from the room. Breakfast was ok, it is free so that always make it seem better! It's a reasonable cheap Bradford option, but the room noise is an issue. "

"TV was unplugged. Maintenance didn't turn up until we complained many hours later. Fridge stunk and was dirty, so did not use. Room needed updating and general maintenance. They messed up our dinner order and brought the starters with the mains. Breakfast was good. Great position in the city though. "
