「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and welcoming property. It was a perfect location for our time in Newport, just 15 minutes from the beach. Phil was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and attentive. Very comfortable beds as well. We’d stay there again. 」

「I do not recommend this place. We got almost no sleep our entire visit, there aren't real blinds on the bedroom windows - the blinds have gaps and don't block out light. The light from large liquor store sign across the street kept us up all night. The picture I included of the window was taken at 3 am, it's very bright. It's also very poorly insulated and we heard traffic all night.In addition to the noise and light, the unit wasn't well cleaned. We saw stains on one of the pillow covers, found...

「What an amazing rental property! It is truly set up with the guests in mind. Clear and helpful signage everywhere, a well appointed kitchen, bathrooms and laundry with everything you need, towels, comfy beds and pillows, lots of blankets, an absolutely incredible pool area... the list goes on! Everyone in our family just had the best things to say about this home and our stay. Stacy is a great host, easy to get in touch with and very helpful. We highly recommend this property!」

「Loft was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. Except for the house we were staying in. We found out at the end of our stay that the family below us was the owner’s daughter and was visiting for the week. We then understood why we felt as if we were intruding in this home throughout our stay. Children yelling, running in the house, scooters everywhere in the yard, multiple cars.
