We arrived late but that was no problem for Sam. The recently refurbished rooms are cosy warm and good tv and shower, what more would you want. Would stay there again.

Upon arrival manager was very helpful , room was pretty good , electric blankets were great and air con was too , parked straight outside room , will book again next time in Lithgow , well worth the money .

The room was ok for the price. Downsides were; I couldn't park in front of my room, they didn't turn the heat on untill I arrived and in the middle of winter the room was freezing, and very draughty due to the open slat bathroom windows (it was frigid in the morning). The shower had shaving stubble on the wall, so cleanliness could've been better, and there was no bathmat provided for the freezing cold floor. Also, I went during the week, and the workers staying there were very loud when they were leaving very early in the morning.

Room was met with a stale odour, appeared clean but bits pink mould on shower tiles, mould on the windows and very dirty behind the curtains. My children's feet were dirty from the floors. Would not recommend

The staff were helpful and kind. The beds were loveky and clean. The tea/coffee/snacks generous, but the room was cold, and the shower was mouldy and had rubbish from previous guest in it.

Absolutely appalling!!! If I could give zero stars I would.. This place needs to be reported to the health department. DO NOT STAY!!

There was no cold water in the shower and fridge leaked. A code was sent to who knows how to enter the room with code and room number but because I booked through wotif I didn’t get it so had to enter reception which was locked. Gentleman opened the door and wrote information on a wripped off peice of paper. Outside lights came on very late so difficulty seeing room number and needed phone light to see pin pad when we arrived at 6.30

We were looking forward to our stay however there was a town water outage so there was no water. We were unable to stay and returned home. We have requested a REFUND from EXPEDIA and LITHGOW MOTOR INN of our payment but have heard nothing from either.
