センスのいいお部屋、とてもやさしいスタッフさん、ロケーションもばっちり。
普段あまりレビュー書かないのですが、あまりにもよかったので感謝を込めて書きます。 写真を見て、おしゃれそうやな、とは思ってましたが、写真以上にすてきなところでした。 白でまとめられたお部屋に、ポルトガル製のファブリックやアンティークのポスターなどがセンス良く配置され、部屋はどこもすごく清潔です。朝は、オリジナルのトートバックに入れられたあったかいパンが、部屋のドアノブにかけて配られます。 とてもフレンドリーで親切な女性スタッフさんおふたり。 わからないこと、困ったこと、いろいろ助けていただきました。 注意点としては、ホテルというより、本当にアパートメントな感じ。スタッフさんは、一階の部屋に朝から夕方まで滞在。夜遅くにチェックインする際は、誰もいないので、事前にやりとりして、建物に入るためのパスワードを聞かねばいけません。シャンプーやボディソープはありましたが、歯ブラシはおいてなかったです。 リスボンに住むように滞在する、というコンセプトに、ぴったりのお部屋でした。

The apartment is in a great location and close to downtown, river and restaurants. It’s less than 20-min walk from the train station. The laundry and dryer on site are handy. The only issue with our unit is that we could hear noises a kid was making from the next unit in the living room/kitchen, but the bedroom is quiet.

A wonderful reservation with the Lisboans Apartments. Felt like home and a beautiful area close to so many activities and sights to see. Definitely would visit again and stay here. This property is perfect! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Full amenities. Washer and dryer on ground floor. Free to use 24/7. Fridge in our unit was stocked and fresh fruits on table. Pantry had tea and coffee. They deliver bakery goods and fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. So good! Flora was an amazing help to us during our stay. We loved her! Stay here on your next visit to Lisbon. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent Choice in the Center of Lisbon
The Lisboas Apartments is simply amazing. The team is helpful and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and everything (heat, aircon, small appliances) is in excellent condition and working order. Breakfast ingredients are brought to the apartment, and one uses a code to enter the apartment and the building (it's the same code). The location is also excellent (be advised that it's up a short, fairly steep hill). Nice not to worry about anything. Excellent choice, and we would happily stay there again.

My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at the Lisboan Apartments. The apartment was spacious and very nicely decorated; the bathroom was stocked with lots of fresh towels, soaps, and shampoos, the shower was terrific; and the apartment was cleaned well every day. The fresh breakfast items delivered to our door every day were very good, and the refrigerator was stocked with all kinds of useful food items. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, and a number of interesting sites are within walking distance. The staff at the front desk, Marina and Flora, were very helpful. They gave us good directions to sites we wanted to visit and called taxis for us whenever the sites were farther away than we could walk to. Flora was especially kind to us.

We loved our stay at the Lisboans Apartments. Our apartment was light filled, spacious with lots of well thought out amenities. It was helpful to be able to use the communal laundry facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. We walked everywhere!

Excellent option for those looking for the comforts of both a hotel and apartment. We had such a great stay here it was like being at home, we played card games each had our own space to relax (I traveled with two teenagers). The Lisbonans is also located in the heart of it all and you can get anywhere within a few minutes. The breakfast options provided are great for a quick start to the day. Flora (sp?) at the front desk is wonderful, before arriving she can help with reservations, questions, trip planning. Can’t say enough nice things about her. Prado owned by the same owners is a Michelin restaurant.

The hospitality was amazing and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Away enough from the night life so streets were quiet but close enough to the action with a quick Uber ride. The breakfast included was just enough with something fresh from the bakery everyday, fresh orange juice and stocked fridge. I would absolutely stay here again.

The front staff was great and friendly. One of issues was the hot water. It was so limited so 3 of us couldn’t take showers in the morning. The front desk said wait about 40 minutes between but the water didn’t get heat up for another 2 to 3 hours! It’s so inconvenient especially in the morning. The other problem was ventilation in the bathroom. It didn’t vent! It was so bad that all my clothes and even blankets were wet for sometime. They really had to switch to bigger the water tank and need to make the bathroom vent working properly. The apartment itself was clean but not very functional.

The water cylinders/tanks from each apartment have a higher capacity than most standard homes, and we often host families or groups of 4-6 in our Two Bedroom Apartments. Although, depending on individual usage and duration of each shower, the tank might need more time to refill, we believe this is rare to happen during our guests' stay.Additionally, each bathroom is equipped with an electric towel rails, to aid drying (and even warming up) the towels.We're sorry this affected your stay, and hope to be able to amend this impression next time.Kind regards,the Lisboans

beautiful functional apartment w some noise issues
Beautiful, functional apartment, comfortable for few nights stay. Could have used plugs that were accessible without having to move the night stand. Shower has some draining issues and almost overflowed several times. Both not major issues, very much minor inconveniences. However, we had an apartment on the 1st floor and it was so hard to fall asleep before midnight/1am as Prado (the restaurant) was directly beneath us and played music until then that you could hear through the floor. So would recommend something on 2nd floor or higher

Highly Recommended Apartment Living
Great location on a quiet side street a few minutes walk to a lot of action. The apartment was very clean and re-stocked every day with coffee, yogurt, fruit, jam, milk, juice, cheese, and bread for a quick and convenient breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended if you prefer apartment style stay over traditional hotel stay.

Stayed at Lisboans for two nights with my family. We had a two bedroom unit. Absolutely loved the place! Very new, clean and in the middle of everything. Front desk was super friendly. Let us in the place at 10 am, which was great since we got off 6 am trans-continental long flight. The breakfast in the morning and the extras in the fridge were a great bonus! Would highly recommend!

This was a perfect place for a furst visit to Lisbon. Downtown was easily accessible. Staff were helpful. No requests were not met. Property was immaculate and thevin room breakfast was a daily treat.

Wonderful experience!
The reviews do not lie! We planned a family trip to Portugal and this was 1 of our 3 total hotel stays. It was, by far, the best! Everything was perfect. The room was immaculate - I felt so comfortable sleeping here! The breakfast each morning was such a treat! The fridge was stocked and it added so much value to our stay. We planned on eating out most of the time but it was nice to sit down in our apartment as a family and enjoy breakfast. We loved Lisbon but especially this area! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Lots of space and very well maintained. Great little breakfast brought to your door every day. Staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Probably one of the best housing experiences of our life. Would not even think of another place for our next trip to Lisbon.

Svært bra
Meget god beliggenhet for severdigheter og transport, likevel rolig gate med kort gåavstand til gode restauranter. Fikk en hyggelig og personlig velkomst av personalet, som var behjelpelige med alt som var. Stilig leilighet, smakfullt innredet og med høy standard. Ferske bakervarer på døra hver morgen og resten i eget kjøleskap gjør at man overhodet ikke savner en travel frokostsal. Hit kommer jeg gjerne igjen.

Excellent property, modern, clean, perfect location and especially excellent service. Katherine helped us during our stay with recommendations and things to do and she was outstanding. Finally, the breakfast (included with the room) was amazing.
