This complex was 4 star but has not been kept up together. All okay, but: shower did not work, bath whirlpool did not work, no bath towels and WC seat plastic going yellow. Wanted to charge for the use of the indoor pool. Looks a lot better on the pictures than it is. Pity really as could be great

Spa Bereich der kein Spa Bereich war. Sauna die nicht funktioniert mit türkischem Bad geworben obwohl nicht vorhanden. Geheizter Pool der kälter ist als die außen Temperatur. Ein spa hotel welches Gästr unter falschen Infos zu sich lockt. Hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich es nicht gebucht.

Sonnenuntergang am Meer, aber...

Noiva do Mar ist etwas schwierig zu finden. Die Anlage ist noch relativ neu, wurde aber seit ihrer Fertigstellung praktisch nicht instandgehalten. Am schlimmsten fand ich den Poolbereich: überall Unkraut,Liegen und Auflagen alt und zerschlissen, das Kinderbecken leer, sehr ungepflegter Eindruck. Der Rest der Anlage wurde auch nicht besonders gepflegt. Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen, aber war nicht besonders toll. Im Appartement waren verschiedene Kleinigkeiten, die nicht mehr funktionierten (Gardinenstangen), der Zustand der Sanitäranlagen war auch eher bescheiden. Das Bett hingegen war sehr gut und bequem, vom Wohnzimmer, der Küche und auch vom Schlafzimmer konnten wir jeden Abend die Sonne im Meer versinken sehen, und wenige Autominuten entfernt waren ein paar schöne Strände. Der Ort Atalaia gibt nicht viel her, aber bis nach Peniche ist es nur eine halbe Stunde. Ich würde hier nicht mehr übernachten und mit eher eine andere Unterkunft in der Nähe am Strand suchen

A noiva do mar não corresponde às nossas expectativas, o spa a piscina não é aquecida estava gelada. Pedimos uma massagem a dois no próprio dia é só deram resposta no dia a seguir sem sucesso, o massagista não estava disponível e neste caso é necessário dois. Ou seja, aquilo que o hotel oferece ao cliente na realidade tudo junto é precário para a satisfação dos clientes.

Relaxing quiet resort, great rooms

Relaxing stay. Upon arrival we were informed they did not offer any of the spa treatments and the restaurant was closed and no breakfast buffé. I'm supposing due to low season. But they did provide a beautiful room service breakfast instead which felt very luxorious and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The spa and gym area was ok but the steam sauna was not in use. The apartments are very nice, clean and has all you need to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay so luckily we could just cook ourselves a nice dinner :) Not much in the surrounding area but a beautiful beach/cliffs/sea view in walking distance.

das schlechteste Hotel aller meiner Buchungen

Die war das schlechteste Hotel, dass ich je bei Ebookers gebucht habe. Es entsprach nicht einmal nahezu dem, was im Beschrieb dargestellt wurde. Die Zimmer waren alt und verbraucht und nicht gerade in einem suberen Zustand. Der Pool wurde bereits seit tagen nicht gereinigt und es hatte überall alte rostige Unterlagsscheiben auf den Boden verteilt. Der angeschlossene Wellness-Bereich zeigte sich schimmlig und alt. Der Fitness-Bereich war nur so verstellt mit geräten, so dass wenn jemand am trainieren war, der zweite nicht mehr zu den weiteren Geräten kommt. Wir haben innerhal von einer halben Stunde diese Hotel wieder verlassen, obwohl der Manager bemüht war, uns ein weiteres Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen.
