Property was very nice. We stayed in room 6, which had a kitchenette, large bathroom and great air conditioning. Plenty of good breakfast spots right out the front door. Walkable to Alfama neighborhood, the hiatoric squares and shopping areas. Staff was nice enough to let us in early once the room was cleaned since our flight landed in the morning. Would recommend again for a long stay in Lisbon.

Was great. Good location. Room 3 should have AC like the others. With this heat it was painful to sleep. But it was mentionned and I chose the room. City is a bit noisy but it is downtown Libon, we shluld not expect nothing less.

A really nice stay at a budget friendly hotel. This was more like an apartment with a full time cleaning staff/host. I appreciate the location (not in the center but very close). Spacious studio room. Very clean. Responsive staff. I would stay here again.

Perfectly-located place to sleep

I stayed for 4 nights. The place is at the center of Lisbon (central location is the most important factor for me), with a host of restaurants, sightseeings and shopping areas nearby, and Baixa-Chiado metro stop 5 minutes by walk of you need to go further somewhere. The room was small but had everything I needed in it (shower, fridge, french balcony), and the staff was available and helpful in cases I needed something. I you are like me and use your time to roam the city, and use your accommodation mainly for sleeping, then this is a good choice for you.

Would not recommend this stay, at least in room 8. Good location but the price was way too high for the quality of the accommodation. Some of the other units looked nicer. Fine for a solo traveler for a night or two in the city, but not very comfortable. Apartment: D-. The room itself was dark and had a very strong mildew smell. The room had A/C but we could not get it to work well until day 3. Size of the room wasn’t bad but there is very little natural light. Windows overlook an alley. Bath tub does not have a fixed shower head. Location: B+. Good location but on a somewhat dirty street. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and attractions. We didn’t find the hills to be a problem at all as Baixa is a relatively flat part of the city. Check In: C. Directions were clear and it was an easy self check in. The entry way is very dark, smelly, and not welcoming. We didn’t see a reception desk but was told there was one. Host is responsive via WhatsApp.

Likes: -The initial check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided for easy access to both the building and the studio. -The studio's location was excellent. Dislikes: -The shower and toilet were in the middle of the room, separated by thin walls next to the bed, resulting in limited privacy. -After showering, a damp smell lingered in the room, indicating poor ventilation. -The room design could be improved with an additional layer of curtains to provide privacy while allowing natural light in. -The office and dining areas were too close to the first and second studio apartments, leading to increased noise levels.

Prime location and clean room. The only thing is the bathroom is directly in the room (no ceiling) so if you are sharing the room with a friend/family member you don’t have much privacy when using the toilet.
