Our hotel room was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located just steps from the city center. Everything felt well-maintained, and the convenience of nearby restaurants made our stay even better. We were disappointed that our check-in code wasn’t available at the promised time, leaving us waiting outside after a long trip. We had to contact customer service and wait for their response before we could enter our accommodation. It was an inconvenient and stressful start to our stay, unfortunately. Overall, despite this hiccup, we would recommend this place to future travelers.

We stayed two weeks. Space was large with large tv. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Contacted LimeHome staff twice-they responded quickly. However, they don’t know what is in the unit or how things work. No instruction manuals for the appliances. Asked about having trash picked up-they assured us that there were trash bins inside the building for disposal which was not the case. Aside from that, a very nice stay and I was very happy with the location, cost and facilities in general. But, don’t count on LifeHome staff for help.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location. It is the perfect spot to base yourself in for a visit to Lisbon. The apartment is clean, modern, comfy and well equipped to make your stay a good one. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a small supermarket on the street to stock up in the basics. There are teams and buses that run past outside and it is easy to catch a taxi/Uber from the location. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again.

I’ve spent almost 2hs to solve a 2 euros payment, outside, on road, under sun to receive de electronic password with a poor class of attention, they are not active, just wait we decide call many times with incorrect orientation - terrible!!! The rooms are very good, too much noise during night with trains passing each 15 minutes all night

It’s in the center of it all in Lisbon, trams, buses in front of the home; shopping and restaurants just down below. The place was clean and quiet, I wish they can offer early check ins more for USA flights flying in in the morning. We enjoyed our stay

Very nice apartment to stay in. Only complaint is that online check-in has a few hurdles, and I did not see the emails telling me to do it BEFORE I arrived. So, my fault, but I was a bit afraid I wouldn't be able to get in. (they do have a number you can call if that happens). Overall, great!

Solid location. However, the unit was not clean and there was a sewage stench in the building common areas. As noted by some previous guests, noise is also an issue due to the building being located next to a busy road and tram line. More concerning though, was that our unit was infested with mosquitoes at check-in (the lobby also seemed to have a similar issue throughout our stay). Several people were bitten multiple times each, which made sleeping difficult and the stay itself generally unbearable. Also worth noting is that our particular unit had slanted walls, which makes it easy to bump your head when navigating through the tight space.

Poor flat, smell of sewage everywhere

Very bad small of sewage throughout the flat. Probably there is a problem with the drainage and the smell intensifies while staying if you don’t keep the windows open all time. We were out during the day and back during the evening and by entering the flat the smell was unbearable. Poor conditions and didn’t expect this from Limehome.

Pretty okay, but some caveats. The apartment is on the same street as a trolley, and is generally noisy during the day. Otherwise it’s a great location. The space was tidy but not the cleanest. When I arrived there were used towels left on the dining table. Also smudged mirrors, dirty stove top, stained upholstery. The communication was not bad, but also not the greatest. I had a couple of issues related to my check-in that were resolved fairly quickly, so I was very appreciative that they were responsive. Unfortunately, the big issue for me was that my privacy felt compromised. The house keeper entered the apartment while I was there. No knock, she had the door code and let herself in. I don’t blame her at all - it seems no one told her I had extended my stay one additional day. Also, around 10:30am the same day, I received a text from LimeHome that a technician was scheduled to come into my apartment in the afternoon. They didn’t say for what, or give a specific time. Their only recommendation was to stay in the apartment with my belongings or take them with me while I’m out to avoid any risk of theft. The technician came at 2pm and said he’d be back in 30 mins. He didn’t return until 4pm, along with two other men. Just like the house cleaner, no knock, they simply let themselves in. Felt pretty invasive. Ultimately, they were here to clean the AC units. I waited 4 hours for 15 mins of work that they could have done after I checked out the following day. Not good.

Location was ideal 10/10 . Everything was local. Shops restaurants museums and easy access transport but cheaper to use Uber. You wait for a message to get code to access main door and room door. Rooms were very clean. Everything was well equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom with extra loo roll and towels. Except the sofa bed was not very comfortable after a long day of walking. Communication was easy as you can communicate by WhatsApp for any issues.
