If you have ever had the dream of feeling like a royal, LUXa Charm House is exactly the right place for you. This charming accommodation offers you the opportunity to stay in the heart of the romantic village of Sintra and get a very special luxury experience.
The property consists of 10 independent rooms, all equipped with elegant period furniture, private bathrooms, and central heating.

The centrally heated room is equipped with elegant period furniture and has a private bathroom with a hairdryer. No matter which room you choose, you will definitely be rewarded with a spectacular view: either over the village or the surroundings of Sintra.

*Please note that the access by car to the historic center is closed to traffic. You will need a proof of reservation to access by car and to drop of your luggage since you will not be able to park inside the historical center.
We recommend you to park at estrada da Macieira, the parking is free.

  • I took this in March in Sintra, Portugal! It's at the fairy tale castle Pena Palace :). This is one of the lovely close-up views. It's is a Romanticist castle that stands on the top of a hill in the Sintra Mountains. And undoubtedly one of the most iconic places in Portugal. And a dream come true to visit it! It is a national monument and constitutes one of the major expressions of 19th-century Romanticism in the world. The palace is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of Portugal. It is also used for state occasions by the President of the Portuguese Republic and other government officials. Thanks to Wikipedia for help ;).

Amazing location

Terrific location. Steps from the base of the hike to Pena Palace, a very short walk (2min) to the bustling shops and restaurants. Location was everything! Downsides, tiny bathroom, no hair dryer. All in all, we thought it was charming - good price point and couldn’t get a better location.

Not a fan of the virtual reception and not having a real person to speak with. Otherwise, this stay was great. Our room was amazing and the views are unbelievable.

This room was in disrepair. The toilet seat was barely bolted down. The bathroom door handle was falling off and if you were to pull the door tightly closed the handle would come off trapping you inside if no one were on the outside to assist. The shower was a nightmare. The room was boiling hot as it was on the top floor, the was no choice but to open the "windows" (doors) which let every insect in. The mattresses were in awful condition. The ceiling sloped with giant beams that we were constantly hitting our heads on. The list goes on. Pick another spot nearby. The location is prime but isn't worth the price of this dump.
