We were welcome by a young lady staff at the hotel reception, she was helpful and friendly helping us with our question. Nelson was as well quite helpful as we did have some issues trying to print out our flight tickets, night before our departure. Quite area, a good night sleep. We got what we always are looking for. A clean, comfortable rooms. Thank you to all the staff. Definitely we will stay with you if we come back again, and we do recommend this hotel.

Since the hotel is located on the outskirts, it is difficult to stay without a car. The room is clean.

Reception and resturant staff were very accomodating. Bedding and towels. Were changed regularly but I did find the sink was not cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was filling and tasty. We found the daily menu limited but reasonably tasty. There was plenty of seating inside and out. We did not have a car but ordering taxis was easy. In the hotel there was an automated taxi call out. They generally arrived quickly, most spoke reasonable english.

Everything was great from the communication down to the staff. when I got there I didn’t have no difficulties with anything because everything was explained to me so I knew the times for breakfast, times for checking in and out and about the parking situation. The only thing I’d say is the wifi needs to be a bit better (stronger) and the rooms should have a mini fridge or something for people that bring their own drinks or snacks but other than that the room was cleaned everyday and left looking brand new and fresh I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Ibis Hotel and I will definitely be staying there again I enjoyed my stay thank you very much to the staff for their service much appreciated.

Good stay. But room for improvement.

Overall I was quite pleased with my stay at this hotel. The location was pretty good and easy to reach the city center. The staff was helpful but as I'm starting to think is typical in Portugal, after staling in a few hotels, they aren't the friendliest or most attentive. But other than food taking a bit longer to prepare or having to wait quite long for people to attend to you, this hotel was pretty good. The room was clean and I loved the bathroom cabin. Room service cleaned and tidied daily and I could leave my laptop out all day. I did have some noisy neighbours which ruined my last two days sleep. And although the shower cabins are very nice, the doors close very loudly and you'll hear other guests slamming theirs through the walls. But these are all things they could fairly easily improve on I feel. The restaurant area was quite nice, and there's a sunny terrace with lots of green around you.

Its take time to reach City Centre.

Spent a week here. Either you drive or willing to spend 45min on bus to reach Lisboa downtown. Reserve Uber to move around Lisboa were easy and fast. Underground carpark is chargeable. Room is spacious enough and well lit. Able to open 28inch luggage fully on the floor. WIFI is free and decent speed. No toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, slipper etc. No bathtub. Just shower gel and paper cup. Hair dryer fixed on the wall. Hotel towels kind of wear out, hopefully IBIS Lisboa Alfragide replace them asap. No kettle as well. No bottled water in the room, do buy some from Auchan / Pingo Doce / Lidl etc. TV channels include CNN, Bloomberg, EuroNews, Sky News, BBC, NHK world, EuroSport, Disney Junior, nickelodeon. Plenty of Euro-plug type C points in the room. Breakfast is worth what its charging, enjoyed the fresh orange juice, cheese and egg tart. No laundry room. The gym is decent. Nothing around this hotel, just a caravan camping site opposite. Managed to walk to IKEA, cutting thru Decathlon's carpark during daylight, Please follow all zebra crossing and traffic light carefully. A bit confusing was taking bus 714 to Belem initally, as both direction of 714 use the same bus stop. Its a short walk from IBIS Lisboa Alfragide. Therefore, 714 (Cais Sodré) will bring us to Jeronimos Monastery. Its better to have your dinner first, before coming back to IBIS. Overall, i will stay here again. It served my biz purpose, need not be in the tourist high street daily.
