Pior impossível!

Hotel decepcionante! Cheguei em Lisboa com uma temperatura de 28ºC , e o ar condicionado do hotel simplesmente não funcionava! Reclamei de todas as formas, mas eles alegavam que estavam no inverno, e o sistema estava configurado apenas para aquecer. Resultado final, fiquei com calor, não consegui dormir, abri a janela e entrou um monte de mosquitos, terrível! Vc não pode controlar a temperatura do seu quarto nesse hotel, fujão dele!!

Notre chambre était bruyante car elle donnait sur tous les climatiseurs de l'hôtel même situés a l'extérieur. En dehors de ça et de l'éloignement du centre ville, 40 mn a pied. Si vous n'aimez pas marcher, un taxi vous y dépose en 5mn.

Hotel très vieux, un peu éloigné du centre ville historique, petit déjeuner tres limité produits de bas de gamme et quantité limitée, sièges du restaurant dégueulasses, dans la chambre tres mal palçée bruit d'ascenseur et femmes de service; tres sombre avec une seule petite fenetre donnnant sur cour avec vue pas tres agreable ; mobilier tres vieillot; coffre fort HS et sans systeme de fermeture dans les salles de bain rien n'est proposé exceptées les draps de bain. Je n'y retournerai plus et je ne le recommanderai pas.

L’emplacement de l’établissement est idéal pour du tourisme. En revanche, l’hôtel ne nous a pas prévenu que les bouteilles d’eau placées sur la table de la chambre étaient payantes ( je ne trouve pas ça normal de payer deux petites bouteilles d’eau chaque jour placées hors du mini bar, sur une table de chevet).

The service and the food are good, near the metro station, but si too alone and dark the area. The last night the maid opened the window and I didn’t notice, so I had a terrific cold night.
