Wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay! My room was perfectly clean and had what I needed for my stay. Restroom was super clean and well appointed also! Highly recommend!

Pretty barebones experience, but that was perfect considering my goal was to go out and explore. The bedroom and shared bathroom were clean and nice. The owner is responsive if there's an issue.

The location is very close to the main attraction and it is very silent by the night. Unfortunately, once I arrived, I could see that the cleaning condition of the room were bad.

The property is in central location and everything was accessible. The tram 28 route is also from front of the hotel. There is a famous pastel de nata bakery, a grocery store and live music every night by local artists. The property however is an old building with squeaky flooring. Since I was in the room that had a shared bathroom, middle of the night if I were to get up , there was some walk to the washroom and it would be noisy. The check in process was no contact, so I didn’t meet any staff there. However I occasionally saw the cleaning lady. The street where this hotel is is extremely noisy till 2 or even 3 am, the room is with low soundproofing. I used the fan they provided to lower the outside noise. You also have to pay the tourist fee which they charged 4 euro per night per person. Overall my stay was alright.

It was good for being near transport connections. It was hard to find, with very little signage. Some noise from neighbours.

Very laborious process to get apartment... many whatsapp texts, then a 7 digit pin at street door, then a combination lock to communal door plus another combination lock to access room key and leave cash in for city tax. Only good thing was lication + private bathroom (almost impossible under £100 in Lisbon). Room itself was spacious but run down. Pillows tiny like cushions, bath towel like a hand towel, hand towel not much bigger than facecloth.

The shared bathroom didn’t have liquid soap or any bath soap; the paper toilet was very bad quality (brown one); there were only 1 shared bathroom for 5 rooms ; it was never kept clean even in the morning it was very disgusting ; the room didn’t have air conditioning it was very hot

Great location

Fairly large room, but private bathroom is not near the room. Bad odour in bathroom but lots of hot water. Noise from the street was not a problem, but I had an uncourteous neighbour one night and couldn't sleep because of the noise. Bed OK.

Great location. Pros: location, fairly quiet, and clean. Cons: small & expensive for what you get, and an annoying light on a sensor that went off every 10 minutes wrote the night. No way to shut it off. There were three of us and with the fold out couch needed for a second bed, there was no room to sit anywhere else. Serves us well enough but we wouldn’t stay again.

入室の為のコード取得等で戸惑いましたが、きめ細かくご対応を頂き助かりました。立地がとても良く、ホテルを出るとお店・レストランがたくさんあり、また、広場も賑やかで まるでリスボン市内で暮らしている様に滞在することが出来ました。宿泊費がリーズナブルでオススメです。

La sola cosa positiva di questo alloggio è la centralità. C’è un parcheggio molto vicino per chi arriva in auto e la zona è comoda per visitare il centro. La camera è molto più che essenziale, non dotata di aria condizionata, bagno non finestrato, con mobilio discutibile. Inoltre si deve tenere chiusa la finestra almeno fino alla chiusura del fast food sottostante perché la stanza non venga inondata di odore di cibo. Non tornerei e non lo consiglierei. Sembra che in Portogallo sia davvero difficile trovare una sistemazione dignitosa arredata in modo semplice ma gradevole e funzionale. La verità è che spesso in queste città super turistiche la qualità é davvero bassa, perché l’afflusso turistico é notevole durante tutto l’anno.

Les : emplacement véritablement idéal, central, proche des transports en commun, des restaus et bars animés des environs. Chambre calme et spacieuse, plutôt agréable, de facture simple. Les - : pas de service de ménage du tout, séjour de 5 nuits sans que qui que ce soit vienne au moins vider les corbeilles/poubelle ou donner un petit coup de serpillière dans la salle de bain. Lit inconfortable, assez dur, nécessaire de placer un coussin sous le dos pour ne pas se réveiller avec la colonne vertébrale en compote. Manque aussi de possibilité d'étendre un peu de linge ne serait-ce que sommairement. Pas assez de patères non plus dans la salle de bain pour faire sécher les serviettes de toilette. Échanges très sommaires en anglais par messagerie avec le propriétaire qui ne domine pas la langue, ce qui accentue l'impression impersonnelle puisqu'à aucun moment je n'ai croisé qui que ce soit. Le paiement de la taxe de séjour se fait de façon tout aussi impersonnelle en laissant du liquide dans le box à code de la chambre. C'est dommage, il y a un très bon potentiel mais au final je ne peux donner qu'une note moyenne puisque les prestations sont moyennes.

Had an absolutely amazing stay. The host(s) are very friendly, the location is absolutely fantastic: in the main straight of the best area with a lot of bars and restaurants around. But no worries: you can't hear any street sound when you're in the apartment. The apartment itself is also great: spacious, clean and great beds. I would definitely recommend staying here, it's perfect!
