Adjacent to the kitchen, the living area is a haven of comfort and style. Equipped with a plush sofa, armchair, and a sleek TV stand, it is an ideal space for relaxation or entertainment. The room's ornate ceiling mouldings and large windows allow natural light to flood the space, enhancing its warm, inviting atmosphere.
The property boasts two elegantly appointed double bedrooms, each offering a restful retreat. The duplex's two bathrooms are outfitted with contemporary fixtures, ensuring a luxurious experience with ample storage.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Situated in the charming Alfama district, Rua de São João da Praça offers guests a glimpse into Lisbon's rich history. Known for its narrow streets and traditional Fado music, Alfama is home to iconic landmarks like the Lisbon Cathedral and the São Jorge Castle. This area exudes old-world charm, with artisanal shops and quaint cafes dotting the neighborhood.
The property is conveniently located near public transport options. The Santa Apolónia metro station, a mere 10-minute walk away, connects guests to Lisbon's extensive metro network. Additionally, tram 28, known for its scenic route through Alfama and beyond, is easily accessible, offering a picturesque way to explore the city.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
