Great location close to Metro and walking distance to sights. It was one of the cheaper rooms with a private bathroom and as expected toom was small and basic.

Both staff: daytime Maria and nighttime Frendo are extremely courteous and helpful. They allow us to keep our luggage after check out for free, which is wonderful. The room is small but clean. We stayed there 3 nights and pretty satisfied.

Budget Hostel.

This hostel is compact. If you're not a thin person you will struggle to move around the bed and into the bathroom. Water pressure and temperature was inconsistent. Anjos Metro is neaby. Garage parking is expensive. 30Euro/day. The area is a bit sketchy. Staff helpful.

Great stay. Fantastic staff.

The room and hotel was really nice. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Sadly, the air conditioning unit kept dripping because of the heavy rain outside. Overall, though the hotel was great. The staff, for the most part, spoke great English and they were extremely helpful during my stay. They even helped book a taxi service for my flight, and it was not only cheap, reliable and safe. The hotel was a little hard to find because the sign wasn't visible from the main street, but once I found it on day 1, it was easy to find and a great location right next to the metro.Would definitely RECOMMEND.

I live on the third floor and there is no lift only stairs, it is difficult to carry my luggage upstairs. My room is at a loft, I hit my head twice. And the receptionist is not good at English, so there is some miss understanding when communicate with them. Overall the hotel is good to stay.

If you are in Lisbon for travel/tourism only, not much luggage then this is suitable for u. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. There is no space to keep your clothes other than few hangers. No space for large luggage. Few minutes walk from metro. There is a cash machine just in front. There is a cafe downstairs and also across main road with good breakfast options. I didn't have any issue at all. Staff are helpful, especially when I checked in after 12 midnight and there was staff at reception. Importantly, I left my luggage on check out day for whole day.

Boa localização

Muito boa localização, atendimento e limpeza. Como o edifício é antigo não tem elevador, mas são somente dois andares. Vimos duas baratinhas pequenas entrando pela porta, poderia fazer uma dedetização no edifício. Obrigada

Quarto de casal bem pequeno!!

O quarto de casal eh apertado. A cama eh boa! Perto do metrô! Não possui café da manhã mas fica bem próximo a uma excelente padaria. Para uma estadia rápida vale a pena. Quarto limpo e água quente. Prédio velho. Se vc quer um pouco mais de espaco pense em outras opções

Le recensioni sono fuorvianti, si parla di ottima pulizia ma l'unica cosa che fanno è buttare litri di candeggina senza neanche risciacquare, una puzza da intossicarsi. La camera tripla altro non è che una doppia con 2 minuscole brandine buttate alla bella e meglio. Nessun frigobar, nessuno armadio, nessun appoggio per gli effetti personali. Le prese della corrente sono poche e non funzionanti, il quartiere è fatiscente e il personale parla inglese poco e male. Tre stelle completamente inventate!

Bon sejour

Bon séjour. L'hôtel est bien situé, de nombreux transports sont à proximité (le fameux tram 28, bus, métro) ainsi que des restaurants, boulangeries et supermarchés. Le service est correct. Petite précision : l'hôtel ne possède pas d'ascenseur, les escaliers peuvent être rudes en fin de journée.

Ficarei na próxima oportunidade

A pousada é simples por fora, na área da entrada térrea bem como na recepção e nas escadas. O hóspede precisa ter cuidado ao subir e descê-las para evitar uma queda. Não há elevador. Ficamos no 3o andar. A pousada é silenciosa e familiar. Atendimento cordial do Sr. Vitor e demais recepcionistas. Não há café da manhã, mas há muitas padarias ( lá são chamadas pastelarias) nas ruas ao redor. Inclusive há uma cafeteria na parte térrea externa da pousada. Gostamos muito da padaria CAPRI. Na área há muitos imigrantes e tendas alojadas. Mas é tudo seguro e tranquilo. Sugiro colocar um sofá na parte térrea para ser utilizado em caso de hóspedes aguardando alguém para nos apanhar. Aconteceu conosco, após o check-out, e tivemos que nos acomodar na cafeteria ao lado. O quarto tem camas confortáveis, lençóis/mantas e travesseiros em bom estado. As toalhas já estão gastas: precisam ser trocadas. O banheiro é todo novo e o chuveiro maravilhoso. Fomos a pé para o Praça do Comércio ( 2 km de distância).

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Hôtel vétuste - mauvaise odeur frappe à l'entrée et accompagne pendant le séjour - mal sonorisé, situé dans un quartier "populaire". Seule salle de bain qui était refaite ne change pas grand chose.

Nicht wirklich toll ist, dass die Unterkunft keinen Aufzug hat. Das war aber schon das Wesentliche, was mir nicht gefiel. Dafür gab's freundliches Personal und oeine funktionierende Heizung im Zimmer. Musste allerdings selbst rausfinden, wie sie funktioniert. Einige Stühle auf den Zimmer sind sehr hart, wenigstens einer was dabei, der meinen Komfortansprüchen genügte. Das Bett was bequem, habe darin gut geschlafen. Bombe waren die Bedienelemente fürs Wasser im Bad. dieses Style habe ich zuvor noch nicht gesehen. Die Unterkunft ist auch nicht sehr weit, von der Metro weg, was mir entgegen kam. Alles in allem, kein Ramada, aber man kann sich dort sehr wohl fühlen.
