this is an amazing apartment! the kitchen is terrific! (My son, a chef, needed more small pots and plastic containers but then most dont cook on vacation!)
However, for a very active 84 yr old and a 63 yr old son recovering from a knee replacement, it was difficult to manage a staircase up to the bedrooms without any railing for support - a rail on the opposite wall would be unseen and helpful. I would not want my grandchildren to use the staircase for fear of falling! (Yes, I am aware Europe doesnt have ADA requirements!)
We were also unfortunate in heavy rains and colder than usual days that require an abundance of heat in the apartment. there were ample units but the three of us could never get the main units to produce enough to keep us comfortable - an instruction guide would have been helpful.
the location was great - bus lines very close. and, ample groceries in large and small stores.
As long as I can handle the stairs up to the 2nd level - I would stay here again!
