Lovely apartment

The photos are 100% accurate of how the property is and parking was always easy to find in front of the building. Vitor was responsive and didn't have any problems communicating with him. The only thing the place needs is a few more items in the kitchen and then it would be perfect.

Bel appartement

Au premier abord il est vrai que le quartier peut rebuter. Mais lappartement etait propre et joliment décoré. La literie etait tres confortable et surtout il y a la clim...ce qui etait fort utile en aout. Le metro bela vista (ligne rouge) est à 5 min à pied. Il y a toujours de la place pour se garer en voiture. Il est vrai que les voisins du dessus sont bruyants le matin et le soir mais cela me semble normal et tolerable. Il y a peut etre un probleme d'isolation. En tout cas cela ne me derangerait pas de revenir

L'appartement a l'intérieur est conforme aux photos. Concernant la vaisselle, nous étions 4 et il n'y a que 3 tasses pour le petit déjeuner, nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui est resté totalement muet a notre demande d'en avoir une quatrième, nous avons trouvé la vaisselle très ligth et pas très propre et très vielle pour les casseroles, pas de plats pour aller dans le four. Les serviettes de toilettes pour la douche sont des petites. La literie est très confortable avec des lits de 2 mètres de large, dommage qu'un jeu de draps etait taché et troué. Les locataires au dessus sont très bruyant la nuit. Nous déplorons l'habitude du propriétaire, qui ne sait jamais manifesté après lui avoir envoyé deux messages, n'y même pour notre départ. Déçu de cette prestation proposée par Abritel.

Do not book this place! It’s a sketchy neighborhood with bars on the windows, we left immediately.

Renter BEWARE! Do not rent there. This place is not what it looks like in the VRBO app. It’s a very sketchy neighborhood, no outside place where you would feel safe to chill or walk. There were people dumpster diving and throwing trash into the street when we arrived. There are bars on the windows, it’s got about 10 deadbolts on the door, it’s damp, the bathroom door was difficult to open/close and there was mold in the bathroom caulking. We felt very unsafe and left right away having to book a hotel for our stay in Lisbon. I contacted the host and he didn’t respond when I asked for a refund. Do yourself a favour and pass on this place, I don’t want anyone else to experience what we did when you arrive in this gorgeous city. Very poor customer service, very misleading advertising, and VRBO hasn’t been easy to contact to get things resolved. Check another app and the outside location of the property before you book. Horrible experience.

Excellent security

2 bedrooms 10 minutes by car from the airport with on site parking. We chose the apt for that reason as we were tired and needed 2 nites waiting on our flight back to the U.S. The area is a 5 minute walk to grocery, shopping and metro redline in a part of town full of apartments occupied by local working people. Automatic locks on the door and bars on all windows at first was intimidating but we did feel safe. The apartment is noisy from being close to busy through streets and sounds from tenants upstairs starts early in the morning. That lovely and comfortable sofa in the living room is way to low to the floor. Bedding was clean but absolutely no frills or extras.

Acogedor apartamento.

Apartamento con todo tipo de comodidades. Tuvimos que matar a bastantes mosquitos enormes nada más llegar. El barrio en el que se encuentra ubicado está bien comunicado con paradas de metro cercanas pero algo inseguro por los alrededores. En general la estancia en el apartamento fue buena.

Une semaine à Lisbonne

Appartement assez spacieux et confortable ! 2 grands lits de 200 cm c'est vraiment très appréciable ! Dommage que les voisins du dessus soient un peu bruyant de temps en temps... Ensuite, on ne passe pas bcp de temps quand on vient visiter cette jolie ville ! La location est plutôt bien situé sur la ligne rouge du métro, soit celle amenant directement de l aéroport ou de la gare d oriente. Un supermarché à 5 mn de marche, très pratique ! L appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Très propre.
