Great location, close to many points of interest. The apartment is spacious with good kitchen and welcome gifts (red wine and cookies). The sink is a bit blocked but should be a quick fix. Communication is prompt. We really enjoyed our stay in Ando.

We were unable to sleep because of the noise coming from the pipes in the ceiling. The noise stopped on the 4th day out of 5 days but the first three days were terrible, our inability to sleep basically ruined the trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Ando Living Santa Justa 79 House in Lisbon. The location was unbeatable - right in the heart of the city, walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable, with great amenities and thoughtful touches. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. They even treated us to a free bottle of local wine. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay in Lisbon!

This property is in a very convenient location close to main shopping and eating areas. Very loud if you open the windows. No reception area so check in was very complicated. Apartment was very nice but bathroom is extremely small with very little counter space. Bed was smaller than expected but comfortable.

Very disappointed that washing machine was broken, which was the main reason that I booked this apartment. I was told it couldn’t be repaired until after we left, 4 days later. I was informed about the broken machine after I checked in. An offer to do my laundry was made however if I wanted someone else to do my laundry, I would have stayed in a hotel. The cost was very high for an apartment without a working washing machine. The furniture was rather worn, no wine opener, seal on shower door didn’t keep water in the shower, couldn’t get dining table light to turn on. Leg on table was tilted as if someone dragged the table without picking it up. Felt like it might fall over if you tried to move it. Beds were comfortable and apartment was quiet. Thought it was overpriced.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This beautiful property exceeded my expectations. Everything was so clean and lovely. It was serene after busy days of sight-seeing. I particularly loved the personalized local recommendations by staff. We had a question about something and staff responded immediately. I wish these properties existed in every country. Increíble ubicación, cerca de todo! Plazas, metros, restaurantes… la comunicación con el dueño vía WhatsApp facilitó mucho el ingreso u otras consultas que se tuvieron. La habitación tenía 1 1/2 baños lo cual fue una grata sorpresa. Lo único que mejoraría es hacer el check out a las 11am como es lo común Estuvimos 4 adultos y fue perfecto el tamaño… la sala da un espacio adicional para descanso
