The room was as amazing as the pictures. The staff were super accommodating and pleasant during my entire stay no matter the time of day. The room was spotless. The room service was delivered in an exceptional amount of time and delicious. The amenities were superb! Everything was five stars!

The room was very pleasant - I would have preferred a higher floor but bed was comfortable and room was clean. Check in was easy - I was at hotel only to sleep so I didn't utilize restaurant or bar area but they looked really nice.

Room was very nice, heater, which worked well was very loud. Plumbing from upstairs was very loud coming through our room. Woke us up several times during the night. Breakfast area was well maintained and stocked with good items.
