"Staff was helpful but all vending machines and ice machines were out of order. The reason we picked this hotel was there hot tub and indoor pool both we could not use because they were out of order also, they gave a great breakfast but didn’t have half the stuff they normally do. See we have been going there for years and never had a problem but this year not happy at all. They did say hot tub would be ready by April so I will be checking on that. I just wish when we booked they would have sent email that hot tub was not working. For price it was overall not to bad our bed was sinking in middle so hubby and I slept right up against each other. "

"I had requested housekeeping daily, and they never took the trash out or refreshed the room. I won’t recommend this hotel. The staff was rude, and they were always short of staff."

"The room was far from clean. We completely understand that rooms will never be perfect, but what appeared to be dried blood on the wall corner, something that was flung on the ceiling, boogers in the shower and on the shower curtain crumbs and soda can rings left on the night stand and tv stand..pretty sure bed sheets were not cleaned. We actually went to walmart to buy cleaning supplies. The pool heater was broke and the pool cleanliness was not the best. Highly upset but could not afford to go somewhere else. "

"A wonderful stay ! The staff was amazingly helpful. There was plenty to do with the kids more then we even expected ! The food options were great . The Landshark was a great option with the kids the staff was great ! The only downfall was there was no microwave in the room and the kids had to munch on their leftovers cold. But otherwise a great stay. "

"The lighthouse house is amazing house for a multi family get together as the bedrooms are spread out but there is spacious areas to gather & play games or watch TV in the comfortable theater room.It was cold & rainy several of the days we were there so pool wasn’t used but Hot tub was very nice. We did use the pontoon to hit some of the restaurants & bars on the lake, there are a lot!! That was a lot of fun! Visited Bridle cave & Ha Ha Tonka state park that was interesting, a some great hiking trails A lot of places were not opened yet but the family had a great time at the house. The house is very well equipped with cooking items. Like I said the house is truly amazing & you won’t be disappointed if renting it. Definitely a 5 star place! Also Anthony was very responsive in my many questions. Thank you for sharing this place!"
