"I booked online last minute for one night only, check-in was easy and fast. My room was visually, clean and faced a lovely park. However, it smelled terrible! Possibly from whoever had been cooking there most recently?? In hindsight, I wish I’d asked to change rooms. :("

"Disabled bathroom was not very disability friendly. The grab bars were loose, we requested a roll-in shower and got a tub. Bed was not too comfortable, but worked out. The luggage cart had a flat tire, so couldn’t be turned properly. When we reported this fact to the front desk staff, they just shrugged."

"Booked deluxe king room. Was put in an ADA accessible room where the shower was a handheld. Room in need if a refresh. Bed was comfortable but sheets had seen better days not stained but you could tell we’re old. Stay was also noisy at night due to a bus of school students staying there. Maybe not put students rooms next to where other customers were staying. Staff were friendly and welcoming"
