"Was told I’d have a ground floor room but when I checked in it was on the second floor. When we got to the room there was a big piece of broken glass on the table house keeping was actually in the room across from us she was excellent we examined the window it wasn’t broken and didn’t look like it had just been replaced. The floor didn’t seem to have any glass on it. Have no idea where it came from"

"Awful place. Felt very uncomfortable in there. The bathtub looked dirty. The staff tried to clean it but it didn't help. They advertised as no smoking but the smell of cigarettes filled my room. Despite everything l would be ok if the cigarette smell wasn't as terrible. It was an awful experience and l would never stay there again."
