"The hotel itself was great overall. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated.
However, there were a few issues that caught me by surprise. On our second day, a man knocked only once before unlocking the door and entering, saying he needed to fix the lock. It felt very unexpected and invasive, and I would have appreciated more notice before someone entered the room.
