"The parking was easy. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and updated. There is only one elevator and it is extremely slow. Staff was more curt than courteous. Decent experience. Would stay here again if I were ever in Limon."

"Overall excellent, but I noticed two things that need improvement. First, the heater, air conditioner/heater seemed to be working independently of the thermostat. I finally got the temperature to be comfortable, but it required a lot of experimentation. Also, there was snow and ice outside the exit that was not addressed in a timely fashion. I almost fell as I was exiting the first time in the morning. That was at 9:00AM."

"To be honest, we didn't stay. Place looked deserted except for minimal staff. Looks like it could be a nice place, but everything shut down. Conversation with staff indicated some financial issue at play. We were advised that it might be best if we found other accommodations. We did.. "
