We also had her prepare a meal for us and our extended family 20 people and it was our favorite meal of our trip ! Everything was so fresh and so wonderful ! "Everything about this villa is exceptional…great location, beautiful views, fantastic host, so much to see & do or just stay at the villa & enjoy the pool. "We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!"

"We had a lovely time. The property is as described and the kitchen is very well stocked, making meal preparation easy. Views from the property and particularly the balconies are lovely. The pool is a great size, especially if you have older children. Geatano was very helpful including showing us the best restaurants and take aways in town. "The staff was amazing! The people in this area are so nice and made us feel welcomed and really made our stay better than expected. The facility was nice but it is remote so make sure you are prepared to relax and enjoy nature."

"We stayed 2 weeks in Italy and stayed in 5 different properties and this was our favorite. It’s not fancy by any means but safe, quiet, clean and comfortable and the location and experience of staying in a former monastery can’t be beat. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was very good and included. There is limited parking so make sure to reserve that (we traveled with my 80 year old mother so it was essential for us given the hills in Assisi). "

"Ideal location, halfway between Basilica San Franceso and Chiesa Santa Chiara. Everything in Assisi was within short walking distance. Crucially, the hotel had 10 parking spots directly in front, which allows entrance into the ZTL (otherwise forbidden). Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Booked the "family room," which was huge and had a great view. Great value."
