「Worst stay and experience I have ever had. Pictures are extremely deceiving… Upon check in, we get told the AC unit was not working in the entire property and it would get fixed another day.. so the receptionist said “just sleep with the door open” as if that was safe or even what we paid for. I’ve been days without any power and wouldn’t have a problem with it but when i’m paying what i’m paying for this “luxury” hotel, i would expect some type of compensation.
