All staff are very kind and friendly. Location is so convenient Ifor the station.

First Class treatment.

The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.

The Hotel Casa W is a small, sweet hotel with lovely staff that is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's easy to travel from there to Venice's many cultural destinations, and it's a relief to return to in the evening. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious and well-stocked.

The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and very cute. Taking the advice from a previous reviewer, we got a canel view (rm3), and we loved it so much. It can be noisy if you’re sensitive to noise but didn’t bother us (in fact we slept so well). The location is excellent, walkable to all areas we wanted to go (Rialto 5m, St Mark’s 10m, Guggenheim 20 m) - but of course you get lost in Venice, so it’ll take longer. I think it’s better much than staying in busy San Marco. To the hotel, we took the...

The hotel was located in a great location, central to a lot of dining and shopping options. It was a quick boat taxi from the train station or a 20-25 minute walk. The room was very clean and slept well. The hotel is connected to their cafe which is convenient for quick bites and cafe

We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. It is clean, located in a great spot, the service was amazing and our favorite breakfast of all time was at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and even closer to the cruiseport. The staff was very helpful in giving us options of less expensive ways to see Venice. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer our sometimes strange questions about Venice. Yes it is an expensive city to...

It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!

Grazie Mille Hotel Orologio! Super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived very early and they held our bags while we went sightseeing. The breakfast buffet has ample options in addition to having fresh juices and delicious cappuccino. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing, we only stayed there for one night but it was totally worth it. The hotel is amazing, modern yet themed as antique, room was beyond amazing, breakfast exceeded our expectations, and hotel staff were amazing special thanks to Alessandra at the reception who was very nice to help us with everything we needed!! Will be back for sure!!

Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Nice amenities including: Spa for an additional charge. Boat taxi service provided by the hotel. Bar on site. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Has a dock. Convenient to come into from the Airport or Train Station. Hands down a great choice ! Take the speed boat taxi in or you will be lugging your suitcases thru the streets.

A great stay !!! Considering other accommodations in Venezia this one stands out as one of the best. Highly hospitable staff and excellent accommodations. Highly recommended to future guests and I would return without any hesitation

After a week travel through Italy we were starting to wear down and our stay at Hotel Arcadia was a pleasant surprise of comfort and hospitality. The place was nice, quiet, clean, even though it is still a bit on the main drag for people departing the train. The staff was very friendly and anything we wanted was a phone call away. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and the cappuccinos were amazing. Would definitely recommend this place for couples looking for a smaller, quiet hotel with a...

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing to keep in mind- it’s right on a canal which is great for travel but boats are going early in the morning and can be a bit loud. Didn’t diminish my stay though!

Overall very satisfied with our room, included breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Pro's: 1. Hotel entrance faces the Grand Canal, and located very close to the Sant Angelo vaporetto water taxi stop (like 100 meters) 2. The front desk staff was extremely friendly at ALL times of the day and night. ALL questions answered including questions about Venice locations, tours, schedule of water taxi, and recommendations for local restaurants. 3. Our room was a junior suit with balcony...
