「A characterful converted cow shed with roof beams, but decorated in a modern way with all you need, and a free jug of milk.The bed was comfortable, and there was a wet room shower.I could not see any way to open a window, which I would have liked, and the Wifi only worked in half the room, which I mentioned to the owner.We were welcomed and again had goodbye said to us as we left, which was friendly.We prefer a separate bed room as one of us gets up very early, but it was OK for one night.A...

「Warm and comfortable cottage with the added benefit of two ensuite bedrooms and conveniently close to the M6. Disappointed that parking outside the cottage was often used by the staff. Plenty of places to eat in the local vicinity.」

「Such a nice place to stay. Peaceful with lovely views. A short drive to pubs & shops. We were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area followed by some cozy nights. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. We'll be back!」

「This is our 2nd time at the retreat. The location is excellent and plenty of wonderful walks around for us all. The home is clean and tidy and the owners yet next door do not interfere with you unless you need them.We rested and it was perfect for us - peace and quiet.」

The neighberhood is quit and shops are located at fiew blocs. The access to other towns is easy where we found good restaurents and malls. The host is evailable and respond quickly to the phone.」

「A spacious and comfortable lodge with a pleasant view of the lake (not the marina). It is in a quiet spot slightly uphill from the marina itself. Apart from the Canada geese on the grass, we saw tufted ducks on the lake, a heron in the reeds and oystercatchers on the grass. Plus other birds in the trees. Please note that the cooling towers are not visible from the lodge because of the trees. In any case they are decommissioned.」
