I had a wonderful stay. Staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Love this place!

Where do I began . I booked a resort view room and was a given a supposed “bay view”. I was on the fourth floor and had view of pure concrete and a sky scraper that lit up at night. I went down to the desk and showed what I paid for . They went to the manager, came back and said check back in the morning. I checked back in the morning and they said check back in the afternoon. I arrived late on Friday and was checking out on Sunday morning . Please explain what the purpose of moving to a new room would be just to go to sleep. They did not offer any credits or anything . Basically it was , sorry we screwed you and it’s a you issue and not an us issue . Customer service was a moot point except for at the pool . The pool attendants were excellent and attentive. Give them a raise, put them in the suits and let them run check in ! They were much more customer service oriented and HIGHLY QUALIFIED in ensuring a lasting impression is left so that customers return. The room was TRASH because the bathroom was nasty , Pubic hair was all in the shower . Stickers from clothing were all over the place . DID HOUSEKEEPING even clean the room . It was 408 . If they give you that room , do not leave the counter . It looked like somebody shot a paintball gun at the ceiling and the floor was cracked . I’m NEVER going back unless it’s NOBU. Eden Rock , goodbye baby ! It’s a NO FOR ME ! And what’s the resort fee for , IT IS A POOL. That’s it , 3 pools.

Great room, great location, great hotel

Stayed 1 night prior to our cruise. Beautiful hotel. Within walking distance of restaurants- 15 min walk to most. Staff was helpful. Loved the hotel restaurant Area 31 for dinner great atmosphere and loved that it had outside bar and seating. Easy uber to cruise the next morning about 10 mins. Would def stay again for our next cruise.
