"We were coming from NC and were meeting family here to stay with to attend my aunt Funeral . Cabin is very cozy , very clean and well kept . We really did not stay in the cabin long . I wish we could have been able to stay there for a more getaway trip . It would be a perfect cabin to stay . The fire pit was nice. We brought some wood to use one night we were there . Cabin is very well insulated so it stayed nice and warm inside ."

"Ideal for both fly fishing and family gatherings with friends. I can't image a better setting. Great house and outdoor socializing area. We found fish in-spite of less than ideal fishing weather. Great place to get reacquainted with many of our best friends who live in the area. We were able to get away from our hectic daily routines without have to back-pack into the deep wilderness. We expect to be back!"

"Our stay was an absolute dream. The house and property is beautiful and so relaxing. Definitely will return but will make our next stay much longer. Highly recommend this property. Feeding the geese/ducks, watching the river and all the other wildlife was fabulous. Make the Niman House your next adventure. "My husband and I enjoyed our stay here while visiting our daughter for family weekend at Juniata College. My daughter also stayed over one night. Extremely clean and well equipped house, beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we visit her. Only slight thing to be aware of is it's a pretty long gravel road to get to the house so be aware if that's an issue for your car (it was fine for us)."

We’ve booked other Aunt Suzie’s properties before and appreciate their professionalism & ease of communication. Their check in/check out procedures are very easy. A few notes about the property for others considering booking. It nicer on the inside than outside. The coffee maker is small. It’s not one of their luxury properties, they have so many nice ones. It’s woodsy setting makes it hard to keep...

"Couldn't have asked for better or more accommodating hosts, the cabin was immaculate with plenty of room for a friend's getaway. The View is stunning, overlooking the winery and mountains. A short walk to the winery for a tasting of some of the best wine we've ever had. The proximity to state college and all of its amenities was wonderful. Really enjoyed the stay, will be back!"

Thankful it was available but costly. Very quiet Very clean I would recommend 1 of bigger cabins for longer stays, seemed like a safe welcoming place to be. Thus would be 4 star overall review."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! 30 of us from a small sorority at widener university stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! The girls all enjoyed the spacious layout, plenty of rooms, spacious outdoor(with the hot tub) and not to mention we loved the goats! Would recommend although it was bad weather before our trip so we couldn’t do much in the area! We still had an amazing time."
