Worst place Ever

Might be the worst place to stay they cancelled on us a few hours before we arrive despite giving us the codes for the main door the place is horrendous flies everywhere its stinks and mold all over the walls and roof on top of that the place is like a sauna no ventilation how its allowed to atay open is beyond me

The property was very dirty and had a horrible beds and did mot have enough blankets and pillows for party of 4 ( our family ) I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know .

Very bad stay

It was horrible, the room was dirty, with trash and the floor was full of dust, as well as the wall had mold and a lot of humidity. I tried to contact the property but they did not answer nor was there any front desk to ask for help.

Don’t bother booking this!

Honestly horrid experience - panty liner on the floor of property, dust, mould and smell in the hall and the toilet wad disgusting! Communication was poor and the terrace we apparently had wasn’t available, WiFi wasn’t working the whole 5 days I was there. I was on holiday with family with an idea to work and didn’t get to do that because of no WiFi. I have more pictures but unable to add them. Broken stair way and it’s not safe to be in.

Not a great stay

The room was simply tiny. The mattress was sat on pallets rather than an actual bed. The shower door was broken and hung loose in the shower. Duck tape was trying to hold it up. I had children with me so this was dangerous. There was no kitchen (which the advert said there was) and we had to was dishes in the bathroom sink. Finally, there was grease or dates smeared on the wall. The internet didn’t work, the fan was broken too. It was on a busy urban street, so if it wasn’t midnight revelers keeping you awake at all hours, it was the garbage truck collecting glass at 4 or 5 am.

Pull out bed was broken. Mattress was U-shaped and filthy. Floorboards had water come out from under them when toilet was flushed. Mold and water damage along skirting boards. Cement dust all over everything from construction in and around unit. Never seen a worse place to spend a night. Decided to stay in a hotel and owner did not grant a refund despite contact from third party vendor to do so. No phone number to contact anyone physically. Avoid at all costs

I was booked in here for 7 nights. And whilst I will not want to be overly-critical, the following 3 things made my stay terrible: (1) Despite having paid for facilities like Internet, the Internet did not work any day throughout my stay and despite communicating this to the management on my first day, they failed to sort it out NOR even offered feedback on status of remedying this. (2) Despite having paid for facilities which included a TV in the room. The TVT didn't work and I communicated this. Same as above: Internet did not work any day throughout my stay and despite communicating this to the management on my first day, they failed to sort it out NOR even offered feedback on status of remedying this. (3) They make Communicating with them purposely difficult and almost impossible. So whatever you face here, you will most likely deal with yourself. Do better. Or offer customers refunds when you cant offer full services.

The shower did not for 3 days and the property refused to fix or accommodate a room change. We also expected a self catering accommodation however we only had a microwave. Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful as we were promised a full refund and are still waiting on the property to get in contact with Expedia. Further more the toilet walls had condensation and damp everywhere in addition to not having an extractor fan meaning the bathroom smelled awful for the duration of our trip. Overall I was very disappointed in my stay and would not recommend anyone to stay at this accommodation.

Upon arrival, I did not receive the access code to the apartment and had to phone to obtain it on a bank holiday. We were travelling with young children and this was a frustrating start to my stay, and I would have appreciated receiving this information in advance. The apartment lacked some basic facilities such as a dustpan to sweep up dirt. This made it difficult to maintain cleanliness during my stay. Additionally, I found that while the apartment had cooking facilities, the large windows could not be opened as the handle had been removed. This made it difficult to get fresh air into the apartment. The rest of the apartments in the building were undergoing renovations during my stay, which resulted in a lot of dust in the hallways. Despite these disappointments, the apartment was well-located in a lovely city. The location was convenient for exploring the city and accessing local amenities. However, I would hesitate to stay at this apartment again.

Notre séjour a été annulé par l'établissement pour cause de problème technique, sans possibilité de relogement. Nous avons quand même été débité de la réservation, sans remboursement possible car l'établissement est injoignable. J'ai signalé dès notre arrivée qu'il n'y avait pas de serviettes de toilette ni de machine à café et j'ai également signalé que la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Il n'y a eu aucune action pour régler les problèmes ni même un geste commercial de plus il n'y avait que deux couteaux , pas de casseroles que des poêles. Bref je n'y retournerai pas.

Passé votre chemin

Passé votre chemin, aucune serviettes durant tout notre séjour, seulement 2 verres alors que nous étions 3, aucune tasses ni bols. Nous les avons contacté et cela n'a rien changé, désolant. De plus, très mal isolé pour le bruit, intérieur comme extérieur. Et enfin, tous les parkings aux alentours sont payant.

Fijn appartement voor weinig geld. Huisnummer volgens info is 48 op de deur staat echter 50 beloofde espresso apparaat was niet aanwezig. Ik ga zeker terug
