Very nice apartment on the 4th floor with elevator, completely renovated, classified 3*, 350m from the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, in the heart of the city center of Les Sables d'Olonne.

Secure private parking

Station 550m, 2 steps from markets and shops.

All you have to do is put your towel on the sand.



Housing consisting of:



- dining room/TV lounge opening onto a balcony equipped with sun loungers.

- fully equipped kitchen:

Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...

- two bedrooms, one with a bed of 160 and one with two beds of 90

Logement impeccable

Logement nickel. Agréable et fonctionnel. Très bien équipé. Très bien situé (tout proche du centre et de la plage). Place de parking privée appréciable. Au 4ème étage donc possibilité d'entretenir sa condition physique en montant et descendant les marches à pied. Ceci dit pour les fainéants, l'ascenseur fonctionne parfaitement. Les petits plus : le presse-citrons Mepra et l'affiche Vivian Maier dans les toilettes. Communication facile l'agréable Armelle.
