The district of La Chaume is a living neighborhood, it is the historic quarter of fishermen, considered as the cradle of the city. Along the quay, many bars and restaurants create an island atmosphere always present. You will have a walk to all the shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, tobacco-newspapers, fishmonger) and a quality market.

You have the choice for the beach, the Paracou, 15 minutes walk from the Chaume, on the wild coast. Sheltered by dunes and forest, this pretty beach of sand and rocks appeals to families looking for space away from the crowds, as well as fishing enthusiasts who make it their favourite playground during high tides. Ideal to enjoy the sunset!!!

You can also reach the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne with the "passeur", located at the foot of the apartment in summer.
