Samantha was exceptionally helpful and accomodating. The hotel Was very convenient, near to everything shops, and restuarants! I would definitely come back and stay with them.

I booked a twin room for my daughter & I to share. It was perfect. Plenty of space for 2 people. Wardrobe had plenty of hangers and the bathroom had plenty of space for all our bits & pieces! Our room was spotless and it was nice to have the option of different pillows. The air conditioning was preset but it was easy to change this to our preferred temp. I really liked the option to not have our bedlinen or towels changed. We were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t necessary to wash / change these - so much better for our planet! The towels were very thick and plush!! The shower was so powerful and easy to regulate. We appreciated the green tea options in our room which were replaced regularly too. The buffet breakfast was amazing & faultless. So much choice. Everything so fresh and frequently replaced. Excellent staff and so friendly when we asked for help. Great location for a trip to London. I would highly recommend this hotel!
