Great location in central Avoriaz and could literally snowboard back to the door. The terrace is fantastic and a great place to sit, drink beers / cocktails and enjoy the food that is put on. Dinner / breakfast, v good. Board room had good boot driers.

Hotel rooms are pretty basic no frills but it does what it needs to for a good price. Convenient for town and lifts. Good choice of food and snacks in restaurant. Staff service is mixed (depends who you get) but overall for the price we like this place and will be back.
Weather was amazing,
The staff the location the food the bar the views everything was amazing couldn’t recommend it enough! Ski in ski out is ideal bars and shops 4 min walk away great place
We stayed all inclusive over Christmas- good choice of food and very attentive staff. Lots of areas around the hotel to sit and relax. It’s a couple of streets away from the main centre and lifts but that wasn’t a problem for us. Only downside was that one of our rooms (2 room booking) had very narrow beds - a good 6” narrower than the other room
Excellent hotel for skiing at this lovely resort. Food and drink options were great and staff were very positive and helpful. Slight niggles such as constantly running out of basics at meal times (plates/bowls/tea bags/hot water) which was a bit annoying when you rushing to get to lessons. Great location though and very good value for money-would definitely return to this hotel and resort
Very nice all inclusive hotel. Ski/out (as is most of the resort). Food was good and the staff were very helpful. My room was a standard twin. Compact as is common with most French ski hotels but good wardrobe storage, comfortable bed and a powerful shower. A small balcony completed it with views over the village. All in all, good value for money and a good base for my break.
Room was rather small, no balcony. Very basic. It was not cleaned every day which was puzzling, so had to complaint.
Lunch and dinner were outstanding , breakfast quite poor. Drinks are also included (wines and cocktails at the bar). They also serve lunch on the terrace (burgers and even fondue!). So overall its a good deal considering prices in the restaurants. There is no swimming pool and spa area is small (just sauna and hammam) in the closed room, without a view. A gym is there with couple of machines.
Plenty of activities for kids do this hotel is more on family friendly side.
The hotel is billed as 4* but it's definitely not at that level. It's 3* at best. The all inclusive food and drinks is the best thing about it and the location is pretty decent. However, the rooms are very basic (glasses not even provided - you have to bring your own from downstairs) and the staff are largely disinterested. The soap in our shower ran out on day one and was never replaced, my family's room wasn't turned over on the last two days and we found out when we got back that money had gone missing. The spa area is also tiny and smelt pretty badly. We've sent a written complaint to the hotel management and would not stay at any of these hotels again.

Belambra purchased the Club Med Avoriaz site. It's in a prime location in a breathtakingly bucolic setting in the French Alps above Morzine another notable Apline town.
We purchased a 1-week, all inclusive package for four - 2 rooms, 2 adults each - for us and our two adult children (25 & 27), who shared a room.
Rooms are quite small, with little room to move around, but practical, with enough closet and shelve space, a shower ans separate toilet. Our rooms had a wonderful view of the town below and mountains above, plus each a small balcony.
This is a family oriented establishment, so if you don't want kids running around and rather boisterous activities to keep them entertained, you might want to look elsewhere. There seemed to be enough activities to keep the younger generation entertained, but I'd say it lacked for the older crowd, although I imagine that we were mostly interested in skiing.
There is a ski rental shop right in the upper Lobby area and a very large equipment storage area with secured ski locks and boot warmers - TERRIFIC! Plus, the resort is ski-in, ski-out.
The facility needs an upgrade, although it is still in fairly good condition considering. I think they invested in retro furniture, giving it a 70's/80's feel.
The plus in all of this s the quality of the food. It's cafeteria buffet style, so very much of a free-for-all (get there early!), but there was enough to go around and I must say that the variety was ample for all appetites. 4-stars all around!
Great place for a ski holiday, good interactive entertainment team, great hardworking staff, great selection of food, just rooms slight let down on space and dirty extractor fan. Other than that can’t fault it. Would I come again for skiing, yes definitely
Value for money is unreal, would go back again - only downside is that their double bed is two singles so you can’t cuddle as you’ll fall down the gap. And it’s not overly clean, not dirty but just not clean clean, but for what you pay you can’t complain! I will be retuning

Very basic accommodation. Room layout not ideal, not enough staff for number of customers. No one on check in reception. 2 single beds instead of double. Not enough soap in bathrooms.

Concierge desk wasn’t clearly marked as being a concierge area. The layout of the property isn’t intuitive (there are signs on the ground level (which is Level -5) saying “Reception”, despite the “Reception” desk being the concierge desk which is on Level 0). You have to stay there previously to understand what is going on.
2nd visit to this property but sadly we will not return as the standard of service has gone downhill dramatically. The buffet food was adequate and largely quite tasty unfortunately the cooks were let down by the young serving staff. There were never enough glasses or plates or cutlery, plates were not cleared away during courses ( usual practice for a buffet ) and tables were left stacked with dirty dishes despite no clean crockery to use. The majority of the young waiting staff were incredibly lazy wandering around and it was obvious when each one finished their shift as they were allowed to eat from the buffet, we sat waiting for bowls or a knife for example whilst they filled their plates up and ate bread and walked around, I've eaten in buffets all over the world and never once ever seen staff be able to help themselves during service !! I complained to the manager, he agreed the staff were poor but said he was not able to replace them and clearly had no control over them. In the bar most of the staff were fast friendly and efficient but some were lazy, reception staff completely non-cholent, I reported some issues in the bedroom, the shower leaked over the floor and sink had not been cleaned, there was little interest to resolve. I stopped the housekeeper one morning and pointed out that she had cleaned the bed but not the toilet and sink, she got very cross (in French) stormed in my room ramming the toilet brush down then using the same cloth to clean the sink with?!!
