Susanne at the front desk was wonderfully helpful both by chat before our trip and also during our very brief stay (just one night) she arranged taxi for us ( I don’t recommend uber or bolt, use a professional driver) and she accommodated my sister’s physical limitations by allowing her to use the pool outside of scheduled hours (you have to reserve the pool. It’s set up like a Roman bath. Very nice!!) and she made impromptu ice bags for my sister. Also the hotel is very close to train station and nestled between many wonderful places to eat and drink. The street was very quiet and friendly so we got a good night sleep. The room had individual air conditioning thermostat. It was very comfortable. Also we needed extra pillows and the night staff gave us those. I will stay here next time I visit Paris.
