Overall, my family and I had an awesome time staying there. The room was clean. The view was amazing. The continental breakfast was really good. The receptionist was phenomenal. They were very attentive, caring and answered any questions that we had.

Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots.
