Charming apartment, sleeps 6 - 50m², fully renovated in 2025, decorated in a modern mountain style, on the 5th floor with secure elevator access via badge, facing northwest. Located in the L'Arcelle residence on the pedestrian street of Caron in the heart of the resort, you'll find slopes, restaurants, shops, a mini-market, and bars right at the foot of the building. Parking P1 has direct access to the building.

This apartment includes:
- a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 190cm) and a large built-in wardrobe
- a bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 190cm) and a built-in wardrobe
- a small bedroom with two bunk beds and a small storage area/shelves
- a bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- two separate toilets
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.
- a dining area
- a living room with a large sofa (not a sofa bed), small coffee tables, and a television. - Two ski lockers (517-518) with boot dryers, in a room that is locked at night.

For stays of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment includes the following amenities:

- Bed linens, towels, two tea towels, one bath mat per bathroom, and a cleaning kit (one roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), six dishwasher tablets, one sponge, dish soap, one dishcloth, one garbage bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get you started.

Please note:

- A security deposit, taken via credit card imprint, will be required before your arrival.

- The keys will be given to you at the agency on your arrival day between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM and must be returned to the agency before 9:00 AM on your departure day.

- The apartment will be provided clean; we ask that you leave it in the same condition.

- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking rule (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the security deposit.

This penalty will be used for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.

Emplacement tres bon, mais appartment vetuste

un appartement avec 4 chambres tres prstique, pres des pistes, et avec carrefour montagne juste en bas de l immeuble.--- appartement vetuste. A notre arrivee 5 ampoules etaient claquees. Frigo ultra petit, peu adapte pour 8 personnes.
