Spacieux, propre et bien équipé

Nous étions surpris par la taille de l'appartement. Très grand mais bien équipé et très propre. Une minute de la plage et des restaurants. Erick est un hôte formidable et s'est occupé de nous - lorsque le village a eu une coupure de courant, il est venu avec des lampes électriques et il était détendu quant à l'heure de départ. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Une semaine de vacances

Super emplacement presque les pieds dans l'eau. Les propriétaires au petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes arrivés assez tard 21h.Il nous avez préparé un repas aussi prévu de quoi faire le petit-déjeuner. Merci beaucoup Manuela et Éric au plaisir de vous revoir

Parfait!

Tout était comme la description et encore plus. Beaucoup de restaurant sur la plage, beaucoup d’activité de disponible et nous avons eu la chance d’observer des tortues de mer et des raies. Nous le conseillons fortement!

Séjour génial !

Probablement un des plus beaux coins de la Martinique. Grande Anse est encore assez peu connue tout en étant magnifique. Tout juste à côté des Anses d'Arlet. Et pas trop loin de l'Anse Dufour et du Diamant. Deux autres bijoux. Le stationnement est très pratique et la plage est à cinquante pas de la maison. Le logis est super propre et nous avons été très bien accueille par Erick qui nous avait même préparé un en- cas car nous arrivions trop tard en soirée pour les restos. Ne manque qu’une terrasse pour que cette location soit une des tops de la Martinique.

Appartement avec superbe vue sur mer

Super séjour chez Erick et Manuela. Famille très accueillante et disponible, appartement facile à vivre et à trouver, en très bon état et très bien localisé. Il est pourvu d'une place de parking ce qui est assez rare en proximité de la plage de Grande Anse. Nous recommandons avec plaisir.

Logement et emplacement Parfait

Logement très spacieux,propre et très bien équipé. La place de stationnement réservée est très appréciable. La rue piétonne à proximité direct le long de la plage avec ses bars/restaurants et supérettes rend le séjour facile à vivre. Pour les nageurs, il y a des coachs gratuit qui vous poussent à nager tous les matin mais ici ils les appelle « les tortues ». Notre séjours restera donc un excellent souvenir.

Séjour idyllique aux Anses dArlet

Merveilleuses vacances en famille dans cette villa des Anses d Arlet (un de nos endroits favoris en Martinique), idéalement située presque les pieds dans l’eau avec acces a toutes les activités nautique, et à deux pas d une petite superette. Maison très agréable, spacieuse, bien equipée, très belle vue. Gérant très gentil qui vit en dessous au rdc si on a besoin de quelque chose. Nous recommandons chaleureusement!

Magnifique séjour.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Erick et Manuela . La maison est très bien situé, juste à quelques mètres de cette magnifique plage ! Et qu' elle joie de pouvoir apercevoir des tortues ! Nous étions 6 dans la maison, elle est très spacieuse. La vue sur coucher du soleil était juste MAGNIFIQUE ! La maison est très propre, rien à dire. Il nous tarde de revenir très vite!! Merci encore à Erick et Manuela.

Fortement recommandé...vacances en famille parfaites

Erick et sa famille se sont montrés très disponibles tout le long du séjour. Nous n'avons manqué de rien dans cette maison agréablement agencée et idéalement située sur grande Anse d'Arlet. La plage n'est qu'à une descente d'escaliers et les poissons et tortues à quelques brassées...sans parler des nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons même eu droit à un délicieux plat fait maison à notre arrivée (tardive). La maison était d'une propreté impeccable à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

située à l’etage d’une maison, conforme au descriptif, superbe vue, très propre, très bon accueil

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le gîte de Manuela et Erick. Le logement est très conforme au descriptif, avec une vue magnifique, très propre, bien équipé, et il suffit de descendre quelques marches pour arriver à la plage. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants, très accueillants tout en restant discrets. La climatisation dans les chambres est bien agréable pour la nuit. Grande anse est une TRÈS belle plage, sable fin, mer calme et limpide, riche en jolis poissons à observer avec masque et tuba. Les enfants étaient heureux d’avoir pu nager avec des tortues. Il y a d’agreables petits restaurants où l’on peut manger les pieds dans le sable. Très proche du gîte, une petite supérette bien pratique permet d’acheter son pain frais tous les matins. En résumé, nous avons passé de bien bonnes vacances aux Anses d’Arlet !!!

Magnifique séjour

La description de l hébergement correspond exactement à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place, encore mieux en vrai !!! Nous remercions chaleureusement Erik et Manuela pour leur accueil et leurs conseils ainsi que la découverte de la cuisine créole. La plage de Grande Anse avec ses tortues a fait notre bonheur au quotidien ainsi que la gentillesse des locaux. Les enfants ont adoré les floups ;-). Sommes pas encore partis que nous avons déjà envie de revenir profiter des paysages, de la chaleur, etc... Vacances réussies à coup sûr chez Erik & Manuela, sans oublier Louna ;-) Merci pour tout et nous espérons vous revoir tres vite ! Vous êtes les bienvenus en Lorraine !

We had a great time!! A beautiful island and the apartment is great.

The apartment was perfectly located right by the beach with restaurants and a shop steps away. The apartment was super clean and stocked with everything you need. Erick and his family were great hosts and very welcoming, helpful and friendly. They invited us to sample their delicious homemade traditional cocktails and food. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely stay there again if we are fortunate enough to return! Thanks again Erick and family!!

Les pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons pu profiter du charme de cet appartement durant 10 jours avec ma femme et nos deux enfants en bas âge. L'appartement est très propre, spacieux et bien équipé (même le pèse valise est présent pour peser le surplus de bagage à votre départ). De plus la chaise et le lit bébé était prêt dès notre arrivé. La vue du salon est magnifique et chaque soir nous profitions du couché de soleil. Ensuite, il n'y a qu'à descendre un escalier pour avoir accès à la magnifique plage de Grande Anse d'Arlet à 20m. L'accueil de Erik et Manuela est chaleureux, ils ont été disponibles durant tout notre séjour. Ils nous ont offert la chance de déjeuner avec leur famille et nous avons pu y découvrir leur convivialité et de très bonne spécialités. Je conseillerais sans hésiter ce lieu à ma famille et amis, avec l'espoir d'y retourner. Encore merci à eux.

Appartement très agréable

Très bel appartement, grand propre et fonctionnel. Nous étions 6 adultes et nous n'avons pas eu de problème de place! Il est situé en bord de plage et est donc à 2 pas des restaurants et clubs de plongée. Erick est très accueillant, et nous avons passé un séjour superbe! Encore un grand merci!

absolutely fabulous!

It took us a few years to get to Martinique, but finally last March we were there! Our second week in Martinique we stayed 8 nights in the apartment of Erick and Manuela. They took care of us in a very friendly way, the apartment was really fully equipt (not just words on the internetsite...), clean, modern and lots of towels. Very nice (sea)view and sunset. Cosy beach in front of the house, turtles in the bay and closeby enough places to eat and drink without noise in the evening. Overall a very nice French-Caribbean experience!! Une quinzainre de rêve

Un grand merci à Erick et Manuela pour cet accueil dans ce magnifique appartement avec la vue sur la baie de grande anse, plage parfaite pour les enfants : pas beaucoup de vague, pas trop de monde et une vue magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, de l'accueil du premier jour avec les petites attentions pour bien démarrer les vacances jusqu'au départ. Les conseils, les discussions et les échanges ont été toujours intéressants. Bref, je crois que nous sommes tous du même avis, vous pouvez réserver sans aucun souci.
