25 sqm apartment fully renovated in autumn 2011 At the heart of the resort with a direct access to the ski lift's start and to all the shops.
It has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (refrigerator, induction table, convection oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Senseo and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and raclette set) and a lounge area with sofa-bed of 160x200 and numerous storage spaces, a LED HD television of 81 cm and DVD/Blue Ray player.
A mountain area, separated from the main room by a pocket door, with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200). The WC are separate. The shower room has a washbasin, an open-plan shower, a towel warmer and a hair-dryer.
You have a ski locker in the residence.
You can rent a covered parking, to be paid on site (€ 30 per week).

Access to the shops: The building has an entrance and an exit reserved to the residents (badge access) directly on the main commercial space of Mottaret.
You have at your disposal, several bars, restaurants and brasseries, some sport and ski hire shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket (Sherpa), an ATM, 2 newsagents, 1 gift and souvenir shop, etc.

Access to the slopes: By the same entrance and exit reserved for the residents, you will go through the commercial space on 30 metres and get to the starting central area for all the ski lifts and the rallying zone for the ESF lessons.
You are therefore ready to put your skis 30 seconds after going out of the residence.
Please remember that you have a ski locker at the residence.
