「Antares has an excellent location and infrastructure. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The property we stayed in this year had multiple flaws that I reported during ou stay. Some or possible to fix others not. This was our fourth stay at the Antares and we felt a downgrade in service (reduced cleaning and not collecting the garbage that was not available other than at an extra cost). 「Freezing cold apartment. You could see your breath (heating not on and had not been in for some time). Fridge not working. We had to sleep in our clothes. The joke of this is that they are trying to bill us €50 for leaving the apartment dirty. (After we complained). We would like to see the photos for this damage. Disgusting.
